We are looking for an experienced SAP key users for our multinational partner that is present in the information technology sector.

The focus of the role is to ensure that first level of service is provided to the EMEA SC Operations team (in Budapest, Orléans, Turkey, SAF, Shenzhen)

Responsibilities:

• Provide first level support to the end users for SAP functionality and for the process
• Provide daily SAP support to SC Operations Team to ensure E2E order fulfillment
• Ensure proper compliance with SOX and internal policies
• Provide support to the users for the training for both SAP and processes
• Log the defects if any and follow up with the team on the resolution of the issues
• Work closely with the worldwide team on SAP related process
