Job description

As a people manager, you are responsible for supporting the success of not only your direct reports, but the success of all employees within the larger team you are a part by helping to identify development opportunities and supporting team members to achieve their goals. You are expected to know about the members of your extended team and share insights with your peer managers. Look for opportunities to coach and recognize employees directly and provide just-in-time feedback so that employees can reflect on your input immediately.

  • Set clear goals with team members, inspires and supports them towards accomplishing goals and evaluates goal achievement in a fair and understandable way.
  • Motivate team members and assesses performance. Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance.
  • Create an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Actively seeks to coach and help with personal development. Regularly offers feedback in an effort to help others develop. Supports others in setting challenging development goals.
  • Drive and actively participates in the continuous improvement in EAS.
  • Review quality of work and manage integration of team members’ work.
  • Provide performance input to project team members’ functional management.
  • Must have at least 15 years of experience in SAP EWM Module. At least 10 years of experience in 3 -5 full life cycles of SAP hands-on EWM configuration experience
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in SAP WM Module. At least 5 years of experience in 1-2 full life cycles of SAP hands-on WM configuration experience
  • Project focused working environment experience
Requirements

A. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/computer sciences or Master’s degree in any science
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the domain as consultant / consulting background and/ or experience in shared service centers
  • Industry expertise in automotive/ heavy manufacturing / spare parts
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops with strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to pro-actively identify project risks and issues and to solve them applying strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to travel globally 40%.
  • Visa free travelling globally
  • Fluent in English
