We are looking for a Russian speaking CRM Business key user with CRM system knowledge who will be the key user of the system for our multinational partner that is present in the information technology sector

If you speak English and Russian fluently, has strong Excel knowledge and you want to gain more experience in using CRM system than this is your chance!

The focus of the role: Drives efficiency and productivity in the sales teams through system utilization and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support commercial data integrity within CRM system
• Support users and provide information about new CRM functionality
• Troubleshoot problems, diagnose issues and identify bugs and defects
• Plan and deliver the initial and on-going training for the sales teams
• Solicit feedback from the sales teams, gather and submit new requirements for continuous improvements
