Our prestigious Partner with an information technology background wants to expand its financial team with a RTR Accountant (Inventory) to support the local inventory team.
The future colleague will manage the inventory reporting and controlling processes with respect to the assigned entities.
You will meet a complex and diverse role with the following tasks:
- be in charge with establishing and maintaining inventory control process and reporting, including client owned inventory (including placing orders on stock, managing processes and creating reports from the shipping stage up until the delivery stage)
- book all inventory transactions in the SAP system, maintaining inventory data integrity and tracking accuracy of inventory; reconciling check book figures between SAP systems and modules to assure consistency and accuracy
- perform audits related to various accounting systems and investigating root causes of inventory discrepancies (whenever write up, write off was needed)
- carry out regular communication (weekly calls) with the financial operation managers/country managers of all our existing European offices to discuss disputes, make recommendations, and work towards problem resolution
