You could meet a complex and diverse role with the following tasks:
- Revenue testing to control the correctness of the revenue allocation as defined in ASC 606
- Developing new processes to determine the accounting model to be followed with respect to the revenue recognition in line with ASC 606 and internal accounting policies
- Determine Standalone Selling Prices for each performance obligation that will be used for the revenue allocation
- Preparing customer contract analysis to determine the revenue recognition
timing of the different deliverables of the contract (multiple element deals)
- Preparing customer contract analysis to determine the accounting model that
will drive the correct revenue allocation method
- Being responsible for templates being used within MPS Budapest Team
(improvements, training materials)
- Providing ongoing support to Revenue Recognition analysts (understand
complex deals, conduct regular trainings)
- Introducing processes on audit walkthrough and support internal audit
- Functionally reporting to EMEA Controller
