You will be responsible for:

• You will have full accountability for attracting and hiring outstanding talent supporting our business for specific sites across EMEA region
• You’ll serve as the key advisor on best practices in the recruiting world
• Collaborate with hiring managers in recruitment, interviewing, screening, and evaluating candidates. Coordinate direct sourcing and advertising
• Build and maintain recruitment postings and regulatory reporting as assigned.
• Deliver a beneficial recruiting experience for candidates including market information, talent pipeline, organizational design, and thought leadership
• Build and implement detailed recruitment strategies and planning for all openings and more broadly to support workforce planning
• Advise on internal HR projects and process improvement options
