Purpose of the posotion

Ensure compliance with the specifications established by the client and by the organization in the development and industrialization of the product/project, exploring the technical resources of processes, implementing changes, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• team Management and production plan and quality assurance
• following, managing and reporting the daily KPI’s (OEE, scrap, customer PPM’s etc.)
• ensure compliance and use of technical resources in accordance with established quality, and performance standards.
• follow up line and process improvements
• coordinate the analysis of problems
