Job description

Our partner is the international shared service company and has its registered office in Munich. Their customers are companies across the globe to which our 7,500 employees across the international locations offer innovative, top-quality products and services in the fields of IT Services and Operations.

Our partner is looking for enthusiastic and agile candidates to the position of Production Manager to our Central and Eastern European region in Budapest.

Requirements

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:

  • Monitoring and coordinating IT Stability relevant projects and actions
  • Creating and checking IT stability related and service reports and communicate to the customer
  • Monitoring of top priority incidents (P1-2) and managing the resolutions beyond SLA levels
  • Overviewing, monitoring IT incidents and ensuring IT continuity
  • Supporting IT resolution teams in incidents resolution process
  • Communicating with IT resolution teams, Service Managers and Demand Managers.

Desired Requirements/Skills/Experience:

  • Education or experience in IT (university degree or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of Adequate experience
  • Advanced English is a must
  • Good written and verbal communicational skills
  • Proactive attitude, sense of initiative and ability to work independently
