Job description

Our new colleague will be responsible for maximizing the value delivered by his/her team within the constraints of Product goals and business strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an ambassador of the new way of working and the new culture;
  • Translate the Product strategy and vision to squad-level in collaboration with the Product manager and define squad level business KPIs;
  • In collaboration with the squad and other stakeholders create and maintain short-, mid- and long-term plans;
  • Define the sprint goal, set the target for each iteration and responsible to define competency requirements to ensure delivery;
  • Fully responsible for the content of the product backlog, collect and prioritize backlog items which define priorities of daily tasks of squad members;
  • Understand, clarify customer needs and define, create user stories;
  • Represent the customer towards the squad in order to make sure that the squad is working on issues that are important for the customer;
  • Maintain strong collaboration with other Tribe Leads, Board Members, Product Owners, Chapter Leads and "Run" organization, manage stakeholders' expectations;
  • Ensure that requirements are in alignment with compliance requirements.
Requirements

What matters to us:

  • University/College degree;
  • 5+ years' leadership experience;
  • Fluent English is a must;
  • Specialized, deep knowledge of products and services closely connected to the mission of the squad and the Product;
  • Have a solid understanding of users, the market, the competitors and future trends of the domain or systems being developed;
  • Knowledge of the concrete product development aspects of customer needs;
  • Analytical skills and knowledge of prioritization methodologies;
  • Familiarity with sector specific IT systems and applications;
  • Experience in managing processes, projects and employees;
  • Strong stakeholder management capability;
  • Deep understanding of cloud services and cloud storage;
  • Knowledge of data management principles and technologies.
