Job description

We are looking for new colleagues for a multinational company to support the procurement department in adminstrative tasks.

This is a great opportunity for you if you are interested in procurement or business adminstration and you want to build a career within a multinational organization.

Your tasks will be:

  • Get trained and work on procurement-related projects as part of a team
  • Manage supplier contracts and document pricing information
  • Manage purchase orders
  • Handle supplier data and document any changes
  • Liaise with Procurement department
Requirements

What makes you the best candidate:

  • Strong intermediate English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience within a shared service environment is an advantage
  • Experience in adminsitration or in procurement is an advantage, but fresh grads are also welcome
