Job description

Our partner provides innovative, highly successful global payroll and payments services to world leading companies.

They are looking for an experienced professional who will build the business by managing all elements of the project plan from pre-contract signing through to the transition into operations.

If you have experience in managing international payroll projects, and want to build your career within a rapidly growing business, this opportunity is for you!

You will focus on:

  • Managing project plans to deliver payroll services to international clients
  • Leading the project team by planning, coordinating and controlling their work
  • Acting as first point of contact to clients to deliver successful payroll services
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to define and deliver client requirements
  • Handling escalations

What makes you the best candidate:

  • 3-5 years experience in client-facing project management
  • Understanding of international payroll processes is a must
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
  • Decision making and strong organization skills
  • PM qualification is an advantage
