Our partner provides innovative, highly successful global payroll and payments services to world leading companies.

They are looking for an experienced professional who will supervise and manage a team of payroll professionals, delivering international payrolls for external clients.

You will focus on:

  • Coordinating and delivering international payroll services for external clients
  • Supervising and managing the team of payroll professionals in their daily tasks
  • Supporting and advising the team on all aspects of payroll and software systems
  • Suggesting and improving current systems and processes
  • Handling escalations within the team’s project
  • Liaising with clients and external partners, participating in business development

What makes you the best candidate:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in international payroll environment preferably in client-facing projects
  • Experience in managing payroll transactions and in team leadership
  • Up-to-date knowledge of country legalization and statutory processes
  • Knowledge of Polish payroll is a huge advantage
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
