Our partner provides innovative, highly successful global payroll and payments services to world leading companies. They are looking for an experienced professional who will lead a team of payroll specialist to deliver international payroll implementations for global clients.

You will focus on:

  • Leading and motivating the team throughout their work of implementing payroll processes for global clients
  • Ensuring the team has all the equipment and technical requirement needed for the project
  • Coaching and training team members to gain the required skills; support them in their daily tasks, and their career path within the company
  • Handle escalations within the team’s project
  • Plan and monitor the team’s work and support them to meet clients’ expectations
  • Help the team in the review and development of quality measures

  • Experience in international payroll environment
  • Experience in implementing client-facing projects
  • Confidence in leading, motivating others, and assigning responsibilities
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work confident with time critical tasks
