Job description

We are looking for talented multilingual professionals to join a dynamically growing Business Support Center in Budapest.

The main tasks include the following:

  • Manage and resolve Order to Cash issues
  • Drive incident management; investigate root causes, and resolve sensitive and/or structural customer issues
  • Lead and own investigation and resolution of all issues following agreed escalation procedure
  • Connect multiple groups that contribute to the end-to-end OtC process, including Customer Service and Sales and other internal functions
  • Drive proactive customer solutions within Customer Service; identify trends and coordinate actions to resolve issues
  • Identify process improvemnt opportunities
  • Fluent English
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years relevant experience in OTC
  • Analytical skills, able to generate customer insights.
  • Strong collaboration, organizational, project, process, and change management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
