Our partner is looking for a System Specialist Oracle for the operation and further development of the IT application system BI Health system on the BI platform. The IT application system Business Intelligence (BI) Health system creates the data basis for different areas (actuarial, pricing, controlling etc.) for the company's Private Krankenversicherung (private health insurance).
Main tasks:
Troubleshooting disruptions and system problems:
- Daily monitoring of ETL chains
- Technical Problem & Incident management (error categorization, -assessment and -correction)
- Monitoring and reporting of system availability / resource consumption
- Analysis and optimization of performance problems in Oracle
- Daily processing of the mail inbox and checking of problem reports and analysis of the cause of the error
- Carrying out information management, respectively qualified feedback to the problem reporter (specialist departments). Accompaniment of the solution process up to the successful elimination of the error
New or further development within the scope of the assignment:
- Realization of ETL processes for the development of a “Health” DWH in Oracle Exadata (PLSQL, SQL, DDL)
- Supporting in the project environment of BI Kranken system (Datamarts for ABS, automated data quality check, ...)
- Collaboration in the creation of the technical and implementation concept through data analysis
- Modelling of Datamarts (partitioning, indexing, star schema etc.)
- Creation of the IT concept according to the given specifications / templates / guidelines / conventions
- Programming according to the specifications (business requirement, implementation concept, IT guideline, IT concept)
- Execution of developer test and overall test
- Consulting competence for BI and Data Warehouse
