You will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day purchasing of materials and services
- Monitoring of delivery dates and active problem solving in case of delivery delays
- First contact person for suppliers concerning order and invoice-related matters,
- Conducting requests for proposals as well as the final placement of orders
- Maintenance of master data
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Handle third party claims to include negotiations and settlement
- Coordinate deliveries and proper documentation of process;
- Prepare necessary forms, records and documentation for claims
