You will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day purchasing of materials and services
  • Monitoring of delivery dates and active problem solving in case of delivery delays
  • First contact person for suppliers concerning order and invoice-related matters,
  • Conducting requests for proposals as well as the final placement of orders
  • Maintenance of master data
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels
  • Handle third party claims to include negotiations and settlement
  • Coordinate deliveries and proper documentation of process;
  • Prepare necessary forms, records and documentation for claims

What makes you the best candidate:

  • Min 1 year of experience in purchasing or other supply chain roles
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced MS Office user, especially in Excel;
  • Excellent time management skills
