Job description

We are looking for an OFFICE MANAGER to our multinational partner, who will be responsible for the operation of the office in Budaörs.

The main duties are the following:

  • Manage and coordinate the office
  • Welcome visitors and new employees and foster a supportive and welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage budges and car fleet and the relationship with local authorities
  • General administrative tasks, support services
  • Organize and schedule meetings and travels
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Helps the HR about basic matters (holiday tracking, atrendance sheet, etc.)
Requirements

We are looking for you, if you:

  • Have a highschool degree and minimum 1-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Communicate in English fluently
  • Good at time maganement and organisation
  • Have a reliable and honest personality
