Job description

On behalf of our partner in Budapest, we are looking for an action oriented and approachable Office Coordinator.

The role’s primary responsibilities are:

  • performing clerical duties such as typing, editing, printing out papers as required
  • providing assistance in preparing and compiling presentations
  • supporting business travel, preparing expense reports upon request
  • general administrative tasks of the office
  • welcoming of guests and visitors
  • supporting P&O administration process through managing relations with payroll partner
  • supporting Admin Assistant HU SL CR with local organization

Required skills and competencies:

  • at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • conflict management skills
  • customer focus
  • confident English knowledge is a must
