Our multinational client operating in the field of customer service and technical support is looking for candidates with Norwegian and English language skills.
Your tasks will be:
Assisting customers in user-level IT issues
Receiving inquiries via phone from Norwegian and English speaking customers
Providing information, help and guidance to customers
Cooperation with internal team to resolve complex cutomer issues
Document customer inquiries in databases
Requirements

Excellent communication (writing and speaking) and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Basic computer knowledge is a plus
