Job description
  • Facilitate the planning and execution of new customer deals, encompassing preparation for negotiations, contract drafting, and establishment of necessary systems.
  • Lead the process of handling incidents, collaborating with Customer Service and relevant stakeholders to investigate underlying causes and effectively resolve critical or systemic customer concerns.
  • Maintain oversight over contract administration and management, including diligent tracking of contractual terms and ensuring adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Generate comprehensive sales pipeline analyses, along with valuable market and customer insights, and present informative reports to Sales management.
  • Efficiently manage project delivery and implementation, while also providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Supervise change management endeavors, driving the adoption of new processes and projects, and devising training and communication strategies for seamless implementation.
  • Identify avenues for enhancing business performance through feedback, situational analysis, and data-driven insights, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support Sales management by furnishing relevant materials, data, and market intelligence to facilitate well-informed business decisions.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings and customer events as deemed necessary.
Requirements
  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in the field of logistics, or economics
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Norwegian
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong collaboration, organizational, project, process, and change management skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent issue diagnosis, root cause analysis and problem solving skills (e.g., advanced customer operational issues; system and application failures; process gaps, breakdowns).
