Job description

Are you passionate about data governance and leading high-performing teams? This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic organization as a Master Data Supervisorr and play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and developing master data processes.

The focus of the role:

  • Lead and mentor a team of master data specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure the integrity of master data
  • Provide strategic guidance in global master data governance processes
  • Support new system testing and implementation and MD tool improvements
  • Analyze and enhance data quality, driving continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with auditors on internal controls
  • Provide training and support to newcomers
Requirements

You are a great fit if you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing master data at a multinational company or a shared service environment
  • Experience in coordinating/leading team members
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Economics, Finanace, Business or IT areas
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
