Job description

We are looking for experienced marketing professionals for our multinational partner that is present in the information technology sector.

As a Marketing Content Coordinator you will:

  • Oversee the content operations team’s compliance with standards, practices, and policies
  • Ensure that all global content projects are well documented, and that documentation is easily accessible by the operational team members.
  • Identify and coordinate any technical updates or implementations needed to move content projects forward
  • Liiaise with stakeholders and internal teams in content project-related questions
  • Direct team’s deliveries to timelines and product quality, including responsiveness and professionalism towards both internal and external clients
  • Lead project/client/business partner meetings and conference calls
  • Forecast and report of project team’s work status, escalating issues, and evaluating needed support.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing coordination or project management
  • Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent level in English
  • Strong customer relationship management skills with ability to interact at all levels
  • Proven abilities in project planning and problem solving
