The main tasks include the following:

• End-to-end management of the company's chartered vessel including scheduling, dispatch and coordination activities to manage impact of any unexpected circumstances
• Scheduling deliveries; starting from terminal till actual bunkering. 
• Forecasting requirements and setting reorder points to maintain optimal levels
• Planning production according to customer needs and supply availability. 
• Handling customer claims of all nature and investigating them in coordination with technical and sales teams.
• Leverage optimization opportunities in order to minimize total voyage cost
• Provide daily updates about schedules and operational matters to the respective affiliates
