Job description

Our multinational partner is present in the information technology sector. They are providing innovative solutions and excellent service to their partners regarding printers.

They are looking for a Logistics Vendor Specialist for organizing shipments, escalating issues and managing Logistics finance coordination.

The focus of the role:

  • Dealing with internal operational queries and escalations
  • Dealing with internal queries
  • Managing Logistics projects
  • Handling deviations
  • Ensuring that contractual agreement is applied and escalate issues to the contract owner
  • Organizing shipment
  • Opening and maintaining purchase orders
  • reporting and participating to monthly finance review
  • Following up payments
  • Understanding logistics cost/ activity drivers and contract
  • Follow up on payment to agency
  • Supporting 3PL negotiation process and Freight audit

What makes you the best candidate:

  • Min. 2 years experience in Supply Chain/Planning in a multinational work environment
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Confident and influential communicator at subordinate, peer and management level
  • Excellent in Excel analysis
  • SAP/Ariba knowledge is a huge plus
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and reasoning abilities
  • APICS certification would be a plus
