Our multinational partner with an information technology background is expanding its team with a Planning Operations Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the availability of products at EMEA level at best cost
• plan, create and control Production orders to fulfill EMEA demand on time
• Follow up warehouse capacity for productions and secure date commitment to customers
• optimize and audit inventory levels to meet inventory targets
• Execute on product allocation validating that sales are following their allocation (month / quantity at model level)
• Track inbound shipments and propose expedition as needed
• Handle and solve effectively escalations, priority issues
• Report to Demand planning manager the status on allocations
• Understand how to leverage existing tools (GBS tools)
