Job description

Daily operation, monitoring of Linux servers, immediate intervention in case of incidents, troubleshooting
Designing and dimensioning Linux configurations with particular regard to functionality, performance requirements, availability, redundancy and IT security
Professional installation and configuration of Linux configurations, change management
Incident, change and problem management in ITSM / Service Desk
Contributing to the adjustment and fine-tuning of monitoring and log processing systems
Ensuring parallel maintenance of production, test and disaster backup systems
Preparation, periodic inspection and maintenance of operational documentation
Professional contacts with suppliers, service partners, fault reports, repairs
Compliance with SLA contracts with customers, with particular regard to the Response Time and Time to Restore / Repair parameters

Requirements

Deep knowledge of Linux – senior L2 / L3
Have at least 2-3 years of experience in multicultural environment, in the same position
Scripting skills on bash
Basic SAN/LAN knowledge
Advanced English is a must
High level communication skill
Proactive approach is expected

Advantages
