On behalf of our partner in Budapest, we are looking for a Legal Consultant.

The role’s primary responsibilities are:

• Contract standardization, process optimization, and automation within the Legal function
• Transform, develop and enforce compliance and corporate governance frameworks
• Define and drive strategic and operational initiatives with on-time and on-budget result
• Identify risks, stoppers, and bottlenecks
• Design and transform processes for record management and data analytics, and report on key operational and substantive metrics
• Review and drafting of contracts and standard legal documents
• Manage and instruct external legal counsel
• Assist with budget matters and optimizing workflows
