You will be responsible for:

• Lead the learning services of HR SSC to ensure delivery of a progressive, efficient, and consistent employee experience and customer satisfaction
• Drive the foundation setting of learning standards, processes and policies across the HR SSC
• Be a hand-on sparring partner and collaborate with various HR functions and with the business to ensure learning services, processes, and policies are continuously improved and implemented effectively
• Transform our understanding of learning services
• Inspire with the creation of products and services with a view to offer innovative learning services
• Ensure a cost-efficient set-up of learning services strategy and monitor the stream’s performance indicators
