You will be responsible for:

• Act as point of contact for European regions and manage and keep track on regional learning activities
• Support in learning demands analysis and set up regional training plan, schedule and organize training offerings
• Support the learning services of HR SSC to ensure delivery of a progressive, efficient, and consistent employee experience and customer satisfaction
• Drive the foundation setting of learning standards, processes and policies across the HR SSC
• Accompany internal HR projects as well as taking over special topics
