Our multinational partner is present in the information technology sector. They are providing innovative solutions and excellent service to their partners regarding printers.
They are looking for a Key account Specialist in the stock and supplies field for managing the MPS consumables processes in EMEA. This includes the continuous performance monitoring of the existing Supplies partners, maintaining and improving end-to-end processes and implementing/developing new methods to improve efficiency.
The focus of the role:
- Coordinate monthly & quarterly operational reviews with partners
- Participate in vendor selection process: participate in defining requirements in terms of quality and cost, measurement, analyzing results and selecting vendor.
- Review key performance indicators with countries and vendor, identify deviations, ensure action plan is built by vendor and monitor action plan
- Review and re-negotiate pricing with vendor related to ad-hoc process changes
- Track payment of invoices to and from partner (fulfillment fee & buy back)
- Act as interface with partner for all matters; technical, process, systems, financial
- Manage negotiations with the Vendor
