Job description

Our international FMCG partner is looking for a German speaking Junior Invoice and Travel Expense Administrator.

In this position your main tasks will be:

  • support the travel expense related administration
  • handling invoices
  • preparing reports
  • keep contact with different departments (accountant, payroll) and external partneres
  • ad-hoc administration tasks
  • fluency in German
  • strong intermediate English
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration in multinational work environment
  • independent, reliable and structured way of working;
  • good Microsoft Office (especially Excel) knowledge is advantageous;
  • sociability and team spirit as well as a high willingness to perform
