Job description

A newly formed HR Service Center is looking for enthusiastic and talented professionals who will participate in building and developing HR Support for international empoyees.

Your tasks will be:

  • Create job advertisements
  • Research potential candidates
  • Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate their travel
  • Prepare offer letters
  • Generate reports related to hiring
  • Invoice processing and reconciling recruiting expenses
  • Build strong relationships with other HR functions

You are a great fit if you have:

  • Working experience in HR Services or Recruitment areas
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Italian
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong MS Office knowledge
