Job description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter for our multinational partner, who will support IT Recruitment projects.

You will be responsible for:

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for the recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers & local HR
  • Perform the pre-selection of candidates, prepare and execute interviews
  • Take responsibility for candidate relationship management and ensure a seamless candidate and customer experience
  • Define sourcing strategies, build up seamless candidate pipelines and retain strong networks and talent pools for future hiring need
  • Contribute your experience and knowledge at any time to optimize our internal processes and standards

What makes you the best candidate:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment, providing end-to-end recruitment service in a fast-paced environment
  • IT Recruitment experience is a huge advantage
  • Strong ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
  • Enthusiastic to extent knowledge in talent acquisition
  • Enjoying working in an international environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English
