Responsibilities:
Global Internal IT Governance & Strategy
- Implement internal IT Strategy
- Implement internal IT Rules/Policies/Standards
- Ensure compliance to locally/centrally defined rules/policies
- Manage internal IT-relevant communication inside branch
- Perform IT Cost Controlling and optimization initiatives
- Monitor internal IT Projects
Internal IT Workplace
- Implement Workplace Strategy
- Introduce new Workplace Services (e.g. M365, MFA)
- Ensure continuous change management for services, (e.g. EMS, AMC, MTC and AVC) including operational end user communication within AZ Technology
- Centralize IT Helpdesk/Support
- Exchange Devices (e.g. mobile phones, laptops)
- Ensure compliance to IT Security guidelines
Technical Enablement
- Ensure a technical basis to provide standard solutions for internal IT, including:
- Introduce one Active Directory for AZ Technology
- Ensure central Access & Identity Management
- Ensure introduction of standard processes like e.g. Mover/Leaver/Joiner
Corporate Internal IT Tooling
- Ensure usage of Delivery Management Tooling and central processes (e.g. ServiceNow, SAP)
- Ensure Onboarding on Corporate applications/tools (e.g. ServiceNow, SAP)
- Define & maintain Application landscape of AZ Technology
- Manage MyAllicia Requirements for AZ Technology
