You will be responsible for:

  • Conduct thorough testing of the Internal Control System, and identify areas for enhancement
  • Take charge of managing the ICS system, meticulously tracking measures, and guaranteeing compliance with both regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Provide robust support in implementing remediation plans aimed at closing identified control gaps and streamlining local processes, with a focus on leveraging automation for enhanced efficiency
  • Deliver clear and concise reports to regional management on the outcomes of ICS testing, and offer necessary assistance in implementing remediation plans
  • Lead the charge in spearheading initiatives geared towards optimizing the local ICS system, with an emphasis on fostering transparency and boosting efficacy
Requirements

What makes you the best candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Internal Controls, preferably in an international setting, audit, or advisory
  • Experience in IT General Controls (ITGC)
  • Proven track record in process improvement, automation, and enhancing business results
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English
