If you are experienced in bidding processes, and want to take your career to the next level, this opportunity is for you! The Auditor is responsible for the execution of audits at the business partners based on the Worldwide Audit framework.

Your tasks will be:

  • Identification of potential Bid misuse based on several reporting tools and system analyses
  • Performing audits across EMEA towards selected resellers or wholesalers
  • Mainly offline, maximum 20% onsite audits on a yearly basis
  • Perform professional and precise audit evaluations on the documents received from business partners and internal customers
  • Maintain a formal consolidation of the evidences gathered during audits
  • Provide professional audit result documentation which can be used as legal proofs
  • Assist legal follow up, when needed
  • Provide summary reports to Global Bid Audit regarding status, outcomes and recoveries of audits.
  • Coordinates meetings with managers to document the action plan, milestones and corrective actions that will be put in place to ensure the recovery and preventing further Bid misuse.
  • University or similar academic degree in business economics
  • At least 4-5 years professional experience
  • Experience as Internal or External Auditor and ideally as well as in a Sales Operations
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Finance P&L acumen
  • Good analytical skills
  • Capable of thriving in a repetitive working environment
