You will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement the internal and external communications strategy of the newly created Shared Service Center
• Implement and drive Business Unit-level change management initiatives into the organization
• Take an active part and analyze employee pulse surveys
• Take ownership over the entire execution, coordination of our communications initiatives
• Be a local expert on the Communications and Brand guidelines
• Shape and execute internal and external positioning of our Center
• Design and create communication and change management–related materials
• Keep an eye on current trends and best practices in Communications and Change Management
• Manage variuos communication channels (social media, website, etc.)
