Key responsibilities of the Interim HR Manager:

  • Taking care and developing the HR system,
  • Interpreting company goals into department goals and ensuring communication to employees,
  • Responsible for the full recruitment process
  • Ensuring pro-active employee relation strategies and activities providing counsel and guidance to both managers and employees,
  • Mananing the HR team,
  • Responsible for developing and supporting all members of the team.

Key skills of the HR Manager:

  • Fluent English knowledge,
  • Hands on HR Manager with strong operational skills,
  • Experienced in Interim HR Manager role,
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy while you pursue ambitious targets,
