You will be responsible for:

• Lead the HR service delivery for the SSC in the north and western European as well as southern European region and provide a progressive and consistent employee experience and ensure customer satisfaction
• Be a hands-on sparring partner and collaborate with local HR communities to ensure HR services, processes, and policies are continuously improved and implemented effectively across the Operating Business
• Engage in the implementation and harmonization of international HR Shared Services service standards, processes, policies
• Have your budget-glasses on and ensure a cost-efficient set-up of Recruiting, People and Employment as well as HR Administration services and monitor the stream’s performance indicators
• Be the human leader that your team looks up to by managing, coaching, motivating and developing every team member
