• You will be responsible for full cycle recruitment from the first steps - like deep understanding the upcoming recruitment needs, CV screening, job posting, interviewing - to the last one: hiring the candidate.
• You will be the right hand of the leaders through the selection process and the primary link between the candidates and the company.
• If you see room for process improvement, you will have the opportunity to share and work on innovative and efficient selection methods.
• You will work on annual learning and development plan.
• You will keep contact with external partners and trainers to provide highly effective trainings and ensure all legal needs.
• Administration in HR CRM system will belong to you.
