Your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting and executing HR Service strategy while leading a dedicated team in delivering top-notch HR Support and Administration services
  • Providing leadership, coaching, and development to team members, ensuring a culture of excellence and growth
  • Efficiently allocating resources to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintaining uninterrupted service coverage, and achieving performance targets
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), including performance metrics, efficiency targets, and SLAs, with a proactive approach to corrective measures when necessary
  • Establishing and upholding HR service standards, processes, and policies to ensure a seamless and consistent employee experience
  • Spearheading HR projects, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and overseeing their successful implementation
  • Collaborating closely with HR functions and business units, serving as a go-to resource for HR administrative inquiries
  • Identifying and translating business requirements into service and technology needs in collaboration with HR BP.

What makes you the best candidate:

  • Min. 3 years experience in an HR Shared Service environment
  • Proven international leadership experience in HR SSC and experience in managing teams
  • Experience in managing teams with different backgrounds and professional orientations
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to convert complex information into impactful messages/insights
  • Fluent communication skills in English and German
