You will be responsible for:

  • Take the lead the execution of the Recruiting, People Management Services and Administration strategy within HR Solution Center to ensure delivery of a progressive, efficient, and consistent employee experience and customer satisfaction
  • Be a hands-on sparring partner and collaborate with various HR functions and with the business as a competent contact on all HR administrative topics
  • Managing HR Services standards across the region
  • Participate actively in HR projects as well as support in the further development of HR-relevant structures/processes
  • Managing, motivating and developing every team member in your team
  • monitor service/operational level agreements and other KPI’s and align on appropriate actions if figures are not met

What makes you the best candidate:

  • Min. 3 years experience in an HR Shared Service environment
  • Proven international leadership experience in HR SSC and experience in managing teams
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience in managing teams with different backgrounds and professional orientations
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to convert complex information into impactful messages/insights
  • Good negotiation skills in English and German
