You will be responsible for:

  • Lead the Employee and Manager Service Team as first point of contact for all related HR requests from the DACH region
  • Ensure delivery of efficient, and consistent employee experience and customer satisfaction
  • Participate actively in HR projects as well as support in the further development of HR-relevant structures/processes
  • Drive HR Services standards, processes and policies across the regional HR Operations
  • Take responsibility for allocating respective resources, ensuring that all services are fully covered all time and managing performance/efficiency targets

What makes you the best candidate:

  • College degree
  • Min. 3 years international leadership experience in HR SSC and experience in managing teams
  • A continuous improvement mindset with focus on the betterment of your process stream and the team itself
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Experience in recruitment processes in HR Shared Service environment
  • Good negotiation skills
