You will be responsible for:

• Take the lead in transforming our understanding of HR and build up the HR services strategy
• Be a hands-on sparring partner and collaborate with local HR communities on all HR administrative topics
• Drive HR Services standards, processes and policies across the region by ensuring the delivery of a progressive, efficient, and consistent employee experience and customer satisfaction
• monitor service/operational level agreements and other KPI’s and align on appropriate actions if figures are not met
• Participate actively in HR projects as well as support in the further development of HR-relevant structures and be the human leader of your team (coaching, motivating)
