In this role you will be responsible for the transition and standardization of HR Services in the field of HR Administration, HR Support and Recruitment.


  • Participate actively in HR transition and process development
  • Participate in knowledge transfers and other service transtion activities
  • Collaborate in HR system implementation
  • Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within the Servie Center
  • Document business requirements and align with stakeholders
  • Create and update system and process documentation
  • Train employees about processes and usage of HR systems
  • Collaborate with various HR functions and with the business as a competent contact on all HR administrative topics
  • Drive HR Services standards, processes and policies across the region
  • Monitor service level agreements and other KPI’s

You are the perfect fit if you have the following skills and experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR Services sector
  • Additional experience in international transition projects
  • Excellent negotiation and networking skills
  • High level in English and French languages
