In this role you will be responsible for the transition and standardization of HR Services in the field of HR Administration, HR Support and Recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in HR transition and process development
- Participate in knowledge transfers and other service transtion activities
- Collaborate in HR system implementation
- Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within the Servie Center
- Document business requirements and align with stakeholders
- Create and update system and process documentation
- Train employees about processes and usage of HR systems
- Collaborate with various HR functions and with the business as a competent contact on all HR administrative topics
- Drive HR Services standards, processes and policies across the region
- Monitor service level agreements and other KPI’s
