Job description

Generate pipeline of new candidates across the entire organization from Sales, Services, Supply Chain, Back-office, Marketing, etc.
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the role and ideal profile.
Screens resumes and phone screen potential candidates.
Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates while building a pipeline of candidates.
Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external business partners to ensure timely achievement of all staffing goals.
Refine process to utilize latest trends in sourcing and screening.
Support recruitment specialists in administrative tasks
