Job description

We are looking for a HR Controller for our multinational partner to manage Organization Structure Changes and Rewarding system for employees around the globe.


  • Managing and reviewing structural changes for the global organization
  • Contributing to the role descriptions process
  • Providing reports and discussion papers for dedicated stakeholders
  • Collecting insight, and creating analyses on staffing and headcount changes, identifying future opportunities
  • Acting as a consultant for stakeholders, and in-house HR teams
  • Helping with the implementation of reward strategy
  • Ensuring competitiveness by scanning of salary, benefits and bonus market trends of SSC sector
  • Contributing to the delivery of the reward cycle (benchmarking, pay review, salary surveys, audits)
  • Preparing salary and benefit analyses and providing insight, taking part in reward-related projects
  • 2+ years of experience in HR Controlling/HR Administration/Reporting or Business Partnering
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Agile, proactive personality with strong analytical skills
  • Fluent English
