A newly formed HR Service Center is looking for enthusiastic and talented professionals who will take the lead on building and developing HR Support for international empoyees.
TheBusoness Partner will act as the key partner to HR and Service Delivery team to facilitate system release, upgrade and change request activities.
The focus of the role:
- Understand global priorities in the HR organization
- Drive processes enhancements and data strategies
- Retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into business outcomes
- Gather requirements, conduct design workshops, identify fit gap, create or update functional specifications and use cases
- Collaborate with experts and process analysts to develop functional design
- Lead the hand-off for functional artifacts and documents through the technology change cycle
- Support and enable configuration, unit testing, and deployment
- Ensure quality assurance by developing strategies for testing, auditing, data usage, and trends
- Partner with delivery and enabling teams to deliver on the agreed outcomes
- Serve as the process consultant, and expert on structures, design, data integrity, operations and security requirements
