You will be responsible for:

  • Support the execution of the HR administration strategy to ensure delivery of a progressive, efficient, and consistent employee experience and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate the work of the HR administration operational team (of 8-10 members)
  • Drive HR projects as well as the further development of HR-relevant processes
  • Be a hands-on sparring partner and collaborate with various HR functions and with the business as a competent contact on all HR administrative topics
  • Support the respective Manager in allocating resources by ensuring that all services are fully covered all time and oversee performance/efficiency targets
  • Monitor SLA and the team’s KPI's

What makes you the best candidate:

  • 3-5 years experience in an HR Shared Service environment
  • Profound knowledge in various HR processes and HR enabling technologies
  • Experience in coordinating operational teams is an advantage
  • Good problem solving and well-organized way of working
  • Experience with SAP
  • Fluency in English and German
