Our multinational company in pharmaceuticals sector is expanding its team with a German Speaking HR Admin Process Improvement Specialist.

The main tasks involve:

  • Supporting the document generation process
  • Creating and maintaining document templates
  • Consulting with Template Requesters and IT members
  • Supporting the implementation of template automations
  • Supporting the testing process
Requirements

What makes you the best candidate:

  • Fluent German and English both written and oral
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in IT support or customer care is a plus
  • Good analytical skills
