Job description

The company is the international shared service company and has its registered office in Munich. Our customers are companies across the globe to which our 7,500 employees across the international locations offer innovative, top-quality products and services in the fields of IT Services and Operations. The Hungarian branch operates in Budapest and remotely coordinates the technical infrastructure for the Central and Eastern European region. We are looking for enthusiastic and agile candidates to the position of Head of Nearshoring to our Central and Eastern European region in Budapest.

Your Tasks will be:

  • The Head of Nearshoring is responsible for the nearshoring business development within the Hungarian Branch for global IT services.
  • Building up and fine tune nearshoring related processes in Hungary and across the countries.
  • Conducting interviews for various IT positions together with the local experts.
  • Managing demand coming from central teams (customers).
  • Building up new organization, setup team lead community.
  • Define KPIs together with the central teams (customers) and ensure reporting according to them.
  • Evaluating performance and productivity for individuals and for teams.
  • Creating and managing budget, analyzing accounting and financial data.
  • Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Holding presentations for potential customers on IT related topics.
Requirements
  • Strong Leadership skills.
  • Bachelor degree in programming, computer science, computer engineering, business administration or another related field with advanced IT.
  • Good knowledge of modern IT infrastructure.
  • Comprehensive understanding of software delivery process.
  • Resourceful mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Great public speaking skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking and management abilities.
